At Laser Room 19, the health and safety of our visitors is a top priority. Since the beginning of this pandemic, we have followed and continue to follow all the recommendations of the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. As healthcare professionals, we are closely monitoring the spread of the COVID-19 virus and have changed our operations accordingly. Our Kharkiv branch staff has undergone retraining to learn and apply new protocols to protect every visitor to our facilities. As this has now become the “new normal”, all personnel must wear masks for both their own safety and the safety of customers. Client appointments have been delimited for longer periods of time to avoid overcrowding and to give us additional time to disinfect our treatment rooms between visitors. Common areas are also cleaned and disinfected throughout the day by our staff and must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at the end of the work shift. We have made changes to all processes to protect the health and safety of our employees and visitors. We currently ask clients to come alone to appointments whenever possible. If an escort is required for the safety of the visitor, please limit the number to 1 person. In our salons, visitors are measured their body temperature with an electronic pyrometer, they are invited to put on shoe covers and use a bathroom to wash their hands or use a disinfectant. If a visitor needs some time to wait, a waiting room is provided in the Kharkiv branch, where we ask you to observe social distancing.
If you or a member of your family have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, or think you may have COVID-19, or have tested positive for coronavirus, or have symptoms such as fever and cough, please call us in order to postpone the planned procedures to a later date. As soon as you feel better, we will be happy to welcome you. We at Laser Room 19 are always loyal, open to communication and ready to receive you personally. Thank you for understanding and support. Be healthy!
