Laser Hair Removal of Chest and Abdomen

To prepare for the procedure of laser hair removal, you need to follow these simple rules:

• 7 days before the epilation, you should not have a tan or attend sun parlors, so as skin had the minimum concentration of melatonin;
• 2 weeks before the procedure, you may not remove hair with bulbs (do not pluck them out, do not use wax epilation or sugaring);
• On a day before the procedure, or on the day of the procedure, undesired hair on the planned zone is to be shaved.

During the preliminary consultation, our cosmetologist will know counter-indications and phototype of your skin.

Abdominal hair removal requires special approach, skills and knowledge, since skin covering here is especially sensitive.

Before the epilation, the specialist applies a special cooling gel, after the procedure soothing and recovery products are applied. Before the procedure, the cosmetologist offers to you and wears special protective glasses.

Laser light destroys only hair follicles, and does not affect skin itself. The result is seen already after the first procedure. To get rid of hair completely, several sessions with breaks are needed. With a view to your individual peculiarities, our cosmetologist will schedule your sessions in such a way that the epilation is conducted during the phase of active hair growth, when the result is effective to its most.

After the procedure it is recommended to avoid going to sun parlors or to the beach within several days (important – 3 days, but we recommend 7 days), since ultraviolet emission may affect the skin after the laser.

Moreover, it is prohibited:

• To use abrasive means for skin treatment (scrubs);
• To pluck hairs out of skin;
• To use sun protection cream and moisturizing beauty products.
